Montana Harley-Davidson is the perfect setting for your next celebration! Our facility makes choosing the location for your next party easy. Whether you are planning a birthday party, anniversary party, graduation party, wedding reception, or holiday party, this is the place to host it!
The Mezzanine accommodates groups up to 250 people seated, and a max of 400 standing room. We are 10 minutes from Downtown Missoula, and have two hotel options directly across the street.
General Information
We require a non refundable $200 room deposit in order to hold the space for an event. The $200 deposit will be deducted from the remaining rental fee at the time of payment. We also require a $1,000 security deposit that is refunded within 72 hours of the event assuming no damages were incurred or excessive cleaning was required after the rental.
We are not contracted with any catering, bar, or rental services and guests are welcome to use whom ever they would like for their event's food, beverage, equipment and entertainment needs.
Set Up & Take Down Timing:
Hosts are welcome to begin setting up for their event the day prior to rental date from 11am-6pm. The room is accessible the day of the event from 9am-12 midnight. Any last minute cleaning needs can be done between 9am and 11am the day proceeding the event. Room rental hours are negotiable at the time of reserving the room, please feel free to discuss your special needs with our room rental coordinator.
